(2018) Wow, dry is the word. Little of the malic acidity you so often get in ciders with little/no residual sweetness, just well balanced and extremely enjoyable, hints of sharpness and a little / minimal sweetness, and with that tannin bite to convince you it is really from proper cider apples, review for product bought in Summer 2018.

I’ve tried a few of Heck’s wonderful ciders and they are all excellent. I settled on their vintage dry because I have a food sensitivity and dry cider has no sweeteners to possibly give me issues . It is a consistently top quality product, as were the other Heck ciders I sampled.
